Not at all, the beauty of bodyboarding is that there is no prior experience needed.

As you will be in the ocean it is advised that you can swim BUT its possible as we will teach you where you can stand safely.

Good news! We have cooking waves YEAR-ROUND! We are fortunate enough to have the option of both East & West coast available to bodyboard allowing waves to be ridden 365 days a year!

We are based just outside Cape Town, so your only option is Cape Town international airport if you are travelling from abroad.

Yes and No. Our West coast has the Atlantic Ocean with temperatures ranging from 9 – 17 degrees Celsius and the East coast is the Indian ocean which tends to be warmer with water temperatures ranging from 13 – 23 degrees Celsius.
